Ser\u00e1 feito o levantamento do dinheiro, que hoje est\u00e1 por volta de 1.200.000,00 metade para cada grupo.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #ce181e;\"><u><b>Extingue-se a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas<\/b><\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, que no final ir\u00e1 dar na mesma pois teremos 50% ao inv\u00e9s de 38%\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u>Em 10.01.2018<\/u><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u2013 e-mail Patrono inventariante \u201c1. Concord\u00e2ncia dos seus clientes com os atos praticados pela inventariante, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #ce181e;\"><u><b>dando por prestada as contas, com quita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/u><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u>Em 28.02.2019<\/u><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u2013 e-mail Patrono inventariante \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"color: #2f5597;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Por outro lado, j\u00e1 transitou em julgado o ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o que reconheceu como v\u00e1lido o testamento da Sra. Antonia, n\u00e3o havendo mais lit\u00edgio quanto a esse ponto.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ce181e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Portanto, qualquer acordo somente far\u00e1 sentido <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ce181e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><u>se envolver a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas da inventariante <\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #2f5597;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Sendo assim, a nossa proposta de acordo, para encerrar os lit\u00edgios envolvendo a sucess\u00e3o da Sra. Antonia Rosa Louren\u00e7o Diogo:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ce181e;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Concord\u00e2ncia<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #4472c4;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> dos seus clientes, Sra.
